WHAT IS THE WORKABLE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE?

The Workable Performance Guarantee is a customized partnership between us and each client. We want every client to tell us exactly what they expect from us and we let the client know what we need from them to be successful. We understand that clients just want things to work the way they should. So we guarantee they will.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's simple. We provide the client with common performance metrics and they fill in their expectations. How many minutes on average is an acceptable hold time for our customer service center? How long is an acceptable response time for email correspondence? These are the types of questions that compose the framework for the customized guarantee. The beauty of a partnership is that both parties are accountable to each other in order to make it work. For example, we simply ask each client to help us succeed by “responding promptly to Workable Solutions when information is requested,” “providing plan enrollments to Workable Solutions no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the plan year to assure timely receipt of payment cards” and "pledging to make all interactions between us courteous and professional." You can view and download the actual pledges below. There is one pledge for consumer-driven clients and another for Workable COBRA clients.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WORKABLE SOLUTIONS DOES NOT MEET THE EXPECTATIONS THAT WE PROVIDE?

If Workable Solutions does not meet the expectations that were initially agreed upon, then WSI has 30 days to fix the problem. If the problem is still not resolved after 30 days, then 100% of the fees will be waived until the issue is fixed. Obviously, our goal is not to give up revenue so we'll do everything within our power to make sure that client expectations are met.
