Workable Solutions Adds Vice-President of Sales
Orlando, FL – Jack Stephens has joined Workable Solutions growing staff as Vice-President of Sales. Jack joins the company from Atlanta, Georgia where he was most recently employed by LightHouse1, Inc. as their Regional Vice-President of Sales. Previously, Jack has served in sales positions for WageWorks, formerly FlexBen Corporation and Bass and Associates. In his former positions, Jack was responsible for selling consumer-driven benefit administration services through broker-consultant channels as well as directly to Human Resources departments throughout the Southeast.
In his new position, Jack will be managing a growing sales force who will introduce brokers, consultants, TPAs and employers to Workable Solution’s portfolio of consumer-driven products marketed under the FlexRight brand. The FlexRight plans utilize web-based enrollment and account administration tools to make plan management easier for employees and employers.

Jack will be working out of Workable Solution’s newly opened Atlanta office. In addition to the FlexRight plans, Jack also will be showcasing BeneKIT, Workable Solutions’ proprietary benefit enrollment, billing and eligibility platform. BeneKIT is a low cost, low risk employee benefit management platform for brokers and HR departments that are looking for a customized benefit management interface.
