BeneKIT™ System – Version 2.0 Released
ORLANDO - Workable Solutions today released Version 2.0 of its BeneKIT™, benefits enrollment, eligibility and billing platform. The new release enhanced functionality to support enhanced reporting, tracking and billing of individual products. In its initial release in 2005, BeneKIT™ hit the market as a premier group enrollment and billing platform for complex, menu-based benefit offerings. It is currently being used by carriers, purchasing groups and employers as a total employee benefit education, enrollment and payment solution.
With Version 2.0, new enhancements include the ability to bill and collect payments from individual participants via ACH banking or credit card transactions. In addition, the new release contains enhanced real-time, online client reporting capabilities for benefit analysis and trending. Additional quality assurance reports are designed to help clients identify enrollment and/or eligibility anomalies before they become larger issues.
The new release also introduces a revolutionary “Touch Matrix” technology that tracks system usage by individual user for easy return and retrieval of recent activity. Longer term the technology may be used to identify high-touch groups and red-flag issues for enhanced review.
BeneKIT™ is a web-based SaaS solution for larger employers, brokers, organizations and carriers who seek a web-based enrollment, eligibility and billing platform.
