Insurance Customer Support Specialist

Workable Solutions, located in Orlando, Florida, is seeking full-time applicants for Insurance Customer Service Representatives. Our Customer Service Representatives assist employers, employees, and brokers who have questions concerning health, life, vision, dental and disability insurance benefits. They do not do claims administration, but interact with customers to manage enrollment, eligibility and billing through our state-of-the-art, web-based administrative system. They are treated as professionals—busy, but not frantic. They do not work nights or weekends.

Experience with benefit administration is a plus; however, courteous and professional treatment of customers is a top priority. Keyboarding skill, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to service multiple programs and clients are necessary qualities.
